Founded in 2004, Schreiber HR Consulting provides total global strategic and operationally focused human capital management support while functioning as Acting HR VP/Director to early stage and mid-size emerging Bay Area technology and biotech firms on an interim contract basis.

The typical client model is 10 – 1,000+ employees with $10M - $300+ M in revenue. Focus is on strategic HR leadership, executive coaching, talent acquisition, talent management, HR infrastructure, employee development, culture building, productivity enhancement and retention using mainstream HR technology and systems.
